Baylor Health Care System encourages you to take our pledge to stop texting and driving for at least 90 days, the amount of time required to develop a habit.
"Motorists who write text messages while driving are six times more likely to crash than those who do not text while driving," according to University of Utah psychologists Frank Drews and Dave Stayer. By texting while driving, yours and other lives are in jeopardy. Take Baylor's pledge not to text and drive, remember it every time you reach for the phone, and make the roads safer for everyone.
